I am an Associate Professor of Bioinformatics and the Associate Dean of Research at the College of Science and Engineering, James Cook University (JCU). I lead a team that develops integrative workflows combining various computational disciplines with experimentation to address questions around non-coding RNAs, post-transcriptional gene regulation and cancer biology.
