Jenny has been supporting customers in scientific research for over 15 years, and joined NEB mid-2020. After gaining research and industry experience in the lab, she moved into Sales and Marketing to help support fellow Scientists in their research. During this time, she developed a strong ability to help troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and accelerate customers research timelines. Jenny is focused providing the greatest level of customer experience for researchers across ANZ, to help drive successful outcomes for science, diagnostics and healthcare. Outside of work, Jenny loves reading, walking her dogs, and hanging out at Country Music festivals with her family.
