- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Professor Eduardo Eyras is Director of the Shine-Dalgarno Centre for RNA Innovation and EMBL-Australia Group Leader at the Australian National University, where he currently leads initiatives in RNA innovation and therapeutic mRNA technologies. His research combines computational biology, artificial intelligence, and genomics to understand RNA regulation in health and disease. He has developed widely used tools for analysing alternative splicing, long-read transcriptomics, and RNA modifications. His recent work has focused on applying AI and nanopore sequencing to study the epitranscriptome at single-molecule resolution and to enable the rational design of therapeutic RNAs.
